Tunes Remote

I was a pretty heavy user of iTunes remote on my iPhone, and I've found a pretty good replacement in "Tunes Remote."

It's available for $0.00 in Android Market.

Also, if you're interested in VNC, and not willing to pay any money, "androidVNC" should do you pretty well.
